About me
Dr. Nancy Richard Albrecht is an Endowed Professor at Emporia State University who has for the past 25 years been teaching graduate students who aspire to become transformational school leaders. Prior to ESU I was a high school principal and teacher for a combined total of 18 years. Awarded the High School Principal of the Year for Northeast Kansas. Her research has taken her across continents internationally to give presentations and keynote addresses. More recently, she was an invited guest on Public Television to discuss issues confronting school safety. She strives to provide quality administrative experiences to pre-service administrators who aspire to become not just good, okay, average, but "exceptional" school leaders and educators.
