About me
Dr. Mara Alagic is a Professor and Graduate Coordinator of the MEd Learning and Instructional Design program at Wichita State University. She serves as a Visiting Professor at Johannes Kepler University and chief editor of the Journal of Mathematics and the Arts. Holding a PhD in Mathematics, her research centers on collaborative, transdisciplinary, and global learning. Currently, she investigates the role of Generative AI in transformative teaching, learning, and communication. Her recent publications and presentations actively explore intercultural dialogues, STEAM education, and educational paradigm shifts, contributing to modern hybrid learning environments through technological innovation.
